Hello everyone! I'm so excited I finally had the chance to post some exercises that are not only beneficial, but can be done without having to join a gym! If you are a member of a gym and your facility has a large exercise ball and various exercise bands, you may want to include this into your workout to give your routine and muscles a break from the monotony.
